Venezuela suggests ally Bolivia for U.N. post

Venezuela is proposing Bolivia an alternative candidate for the U.N. Security Council after being unable to muster enough votes to defeat U.S.-backed Guatemala, top Venezuelan diplomats said Wednesday.
