Hi,
Thanks for the article link, but I don't have a WSJ subscription and i bet most people don't either.
In any case, you should check out that the bolivian doctors are upset becuase cuba doctors are working for free with travel and food and qualified Bolivian doctors are getting aren't getting paid or the jobs that Cubans are doing for free.
